I am using Ubuntu Linux version 6.06 Dapper Drake and I have a Linksys type WIFI card. I have drivers for Redhat linux and Windows but I still cannot get it to work with Ubuntu. I have spent enough hours on this and I finally decided to ask here. Ideas?

I use Linksys WMP54GS cards on my Ubuntu boxes – and have to use ndiswrapper and the Windows driver. I never found a native driver for the card that worked in Ubuntu.

toshiba tablet review get I have a laptop that runs Ubuntu, but I want to be able to boot Windows XP off a flash drive to play small games (like Halo CE). I have found several LiveXP systems for USB but they are based off BartPE and offer limited hardware support. Is there a way to boot a full Xp with drivers ff a flash drive to play games?

Windows will not install on anything but hard drives on M/board
you could try a program like VM Ware with it you can run other operating systems on it do a search for it and check if it is what you want

you can configure your computer to do a dual boot were you can partition your HD and put Ubuntu on one partition and XP on the other partition and it will ask you which OS you want to boot to when you start your computer up
