Koho Bistro |

There are couple of dining establishments at the west end of Eugene. So it was exciting when a gifted couple opened the Koho Bistro in our community. Jeff Strom is the govt chef, and he gained the Iron Chef competitiveness in 2012. Jeff’s wife, Angela Chan, is the general manager. Angela’s family here are the prolonged-time owners of Oriental Village cafe below in Eugene.
Each moments I have eaten there, I’ve experienced wonderful meals. Specifically noteworthy is the bone-in Berkshire pork chop. It will come with smashed potatoes with bacon and eco-friendly onion, ale-mustard gravy, and apple butter. Their bread is great as well, and the service is outstanding.
