Discount art supply warehouses in Northern California?

Where can I find discount art supply warehouses in Northern California? When I was living in Southern California for a short period of time, they had the Art Supply Warehouse in Westminster, but I can’t find anything like that in the Bay Area. All I can find are stores like Dick Blick, Pearl, etc… any smaller guys with cheaper prices I don’t know about?

I’m willing to go to San Francisco, but it’d be nice to have something in the East Bay as well.

Secret Asian Man:Two good ones in the San Francisco are Arch and Flax. There’s also Utrecht and University Art, but they don’t really match up to the pricing and product availability of Arch and Flax.
